Kaevor Biosciences is committed to providing high-quality research products and a straightforward purchasing experience. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the Return & Refund Policy outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not generally accept returns, exchanges, refunds, credits, or order cancellations.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before completing the purchase, including product selection, quantity, product specifications, billing information, and shipping address.
Any exception to this policy will be considered only where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Kaevor Biosciences.
2. No Returns
We do not accept returned products for refunds, exchanges, or credits.
Due to the nature of research products and the importance of product integrity, we cannot accept products that have been shipped to or handled by a customer back into our inventory.
Customers should not return products unless specifically instructed to do so by Kaevor Biosciences.
3. No Refunds
Refunds are not provided for unwanted products, incorrect product selection, changes of mind, failure to review product information before ordering, or inability to use a product for a customer’s intended research application.
Kaevor Biosciences does not guarantee that any product will be suitable for a particular research project, experiment, protocol, or application.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot generally be cancelled once they have been placed.
If you believe there is an urgent issue with an order, you may contact our team as soon as possible. While we will consider requests where practical, contacting us does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified.
Orders that have already entered processing or been shipped cannot generally be cancelled.
5. Damaged Products
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should retain the original packaging and contact us promptly.
Please provide the relevant order information along with clear photographs of the package and products where appropriate. Reported damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Submitting a damage report does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you believe that you received an incorrect item or that an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly after delivery.
We may request photographs, order information, packaging details, or other information necessary to investigate the matter.
If an error is confirmed to have occurred on our side, an appropriate resolution may be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable law and product availability.
7. Shipping Issues
Kaevor Biosciences is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, transportation disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused, returned to the sender, or becomes undeliverable because of incorrect address information, failure to receive the shipment, customs issues, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, the order will not automatically qualify for a refund.
Any potential resolution will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional shipping or handling costs.
9. Product Use and Suitability
Kaevor Biosciences products are supplied for research use only and are not intended for human consumption, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their legitimate research purposes before purchasing.
A customer’s inability to use a product for their intended purpose does not constitute grounds for a refund or return.
10. Promotional Products and Discounts
Products purchased using promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy unless the applicable promotion expressly states otherwise.
Promotional pricing may be temporary and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
11. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, return, or other remedy, Kaevor Biosciences will comply with those legal requirements.
